I work with owners and leadership teams that need experienced technical judgment when their size does not justify a full-time CTO. I clarify the business case, separate useful AI from hype, decide what to build, buy, or stop, then create the capacity to deliver. I am still available for new client mandates as of July 2026.

Recent work: At Valade et associés, huissiers de justice, my recent work has included defining and ordering technology priorities, bringing technology-related spending under control, creating visibility into spending and performance so decisions can be made from data, strengthening backup and incident-readiness practices, and stabilizing core systems used by staff every day. The goal in these mandates is simple: leave the business with a calmer technology operation, right-sized delivery capacity through internal talent or trusted external help, and a lightweight agile rhythm for planning, prioritizing, and delivering future improvements.
